Follow These Simple Steps on Your iPhone
Step 1: Open the Settings app
Step 2: Tap your name at the top of the screen
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom to view all devices currently signed in to your Apple account
Step 4: Select the device you want to remove
Step 5: Tap Remove from Account and confirm
Once removed, the device will no longer be associated with your Apple ID.
