Returns Policy

At Sour Tech, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with all tags intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the situation and work quickly to make it right.

How to Start a Return

  2. Contact us at hello@itsourtech.com to initiate the return.

Restocking Fee

For all returns under our no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee, please be aware that a 30% restocking fee will be applied. This helps us cover the costs associated with handling and restocking your item.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item for a different one, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If the return is approved, we’ll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@itsourtech.com.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, Sour Tech will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, including returns under the money-back guarantee, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns After 30 Days

After 30 days, your item may still be covered under our 1-year warranty for hardware defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, liquid damage, or significant physical damage. Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Sour Tech will void the warranty.
