1. Notification of Completion
Once your device has been repaired or serviced, we will notify you through the contact information provided at the time of service. Notifications may include phone calls, text messages, or emails, depending on your preferred method of communication.
2. Follow-up Communication
If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we will make multiple reasonable efforts to notify you that your device is ready for collection. These attempts will occur over a period of time following the completion of your repair.
3. Unclaimed Devices
If your device is not picked up within 60 days from the date we first notify you that it is ready for pick-up, Sour Apple Repair will consider the device abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or resell the device at our sole discretion without further notice or liability.
4. Liability for Unclaimed Devices
Sour Apple Repair is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data loss to devices left unclaimed beyond the 60-day period. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve their device within the specified time frame.
5. Extension of Pick-Up Time
If you are unable to pick up your device within the 60-day window, please contact us at via telephone or email support@itsourtech.com to make alternate arrangements. We may be able to hold your device for an extended period upon request, but this is subject to approval and may incur additional storage fees.
