My Charging Port doesn't work, Can you fix it?

I would recommend bringing your device in-store so we can first try cleaning out the charge port. Sometimes lint or dust can accumulate and cause charging issues. Our technicians can clean it out for you, and this often resolves the problem.

If cleaning the port doesn’t solve the issue, you may need a charge port replacement. If it's just the charge port cleaning service, it'll be $25.00 + tax.
