How can I exit an app?
To close an app, follow these steps:
- Place your finger below the black space on your phone, at the bottom of your screen.
- Click and drag straight up, towards the middle of your phone.
You should now be on the Home Screen, with your app closed.
How can I close out of multiple apps?
Closing open applications can help your device run faster. To close out of one or more applications, follow these steps:
- Place your finger below the black space on your phone, at the bottom of your screen
- Click and slowly drag up, about an inch. A series of application previews should appear to your left.
- Click and drag up each application you would like to close.
