Before You Drop Off Your Device
To make the process smooth and secure, please follow these steps before bringing in your device for recycling or trade-in:
- Remove iCloud from your device
- Charge the device if possible
- Erase all personal information if you can
Note: If your device is iCloud locked, we unfortunately won’t be able to purchase it.
